Who We AreSpringwood is a 120-bed, JCAHO-accredited rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We offer a wide range of post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and other specialty medical services. We also provide hospice-related services (in partnership with a licensed hospice organization) and respite-care services (for people whose primary, at-home caregiver is temporarily unavailable).
Springwood has been part of the Sarasota, Florida, community for over 20 years. We recently renovated our facility, inside and out, creating an even more inviting atmosphere for our residents. We're located close to the Gulf of Mexico. And we're there whenever you need us, accepting admissions 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
